My name is Sara-Lee, and I have been practicing Thai bodywork since 2016 and western bio-medical massage therapy since 2004. I strive to help each person understand more about themselves and their healing journey, using bodywork and movement therapy.

I have been a Maine State licensed massage therapist since 2004. I began my Thai bodywork training through Iron Bird Bodywork based in Maine and did continuing studies through The Naga Center based in Portland, Oregon. In the fall of 2019, I studied traditional Thai Lanna medicine practices in northern Thailand. I continue to dedicate myself to studying, honoring, and respecting Traditional Thai Medicine.

In addition to several ongoing Thai medical studies, I completed my Yoga Teacher Training through the Breathing Room in 2016 and have studied Restorative Yoga under Margo Rosingana. I am a member of the Yoga Alliance and the Thai Healing Alliance International.

Additional Certifications/CEU's include:

2015: Soft Tissue Melting: Deep Tissue Through Light Touch

My name is Alexandra (Ali, for short), and in the summer of 2026 I will have been practicing massage therapy for 15 years.

I knew from a very young age that I was meant to be a bodyworker, and have loved every step of this journey. The healing container, sacred human interaction, and physical strength required to do this work is what's kept me so connected to it for all of this time.

I graduated from Spa Tech Institute in 2011, and jumped right into the bodywork world fresh out of school. I studied Polarity Therapy, as well as massage, and was able to foster my natural ability to tune into energetic frequencies of others along with learning how to balance them throughout my sessions.

I also received my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Certificate in 2016, and integrate that knowledge into my bodywork sessions, especially when it comes to stretches for preventative and after care.

I've worked in multiple bodywork settings over the years, such as spas, hotels, wellness centers, and in clients homes. I now, finally, have my own private practice in an office space I absolutely adore at 139 Cash Street in South Portland.

My clients come to me seeking deep pressure and relief from their busy lives, and they stay for the nervous system regulation, thorough attention to detail, and a sense of trusting surrender. Communication is key, and I will always make sure you are your most comfortable and your body feels safe to let go of it's tension.

I am deeply grateful for the work that I am able to do and the people that continue to come to me for recovery and relaxation. All humans are deserving of attentive presence and respectful care, and I believe when we are able to fully land in our bodies, we are able to connect to and function in our lives from a healthier and more abundant place.
