My name is Sara-Lee, and I have been practicing Thai bodywork since 2016 and western bio-medical massage therapy since 2004. I strive to help each person understand more about themselves and their healing journey, using bodywork and movement therapy.

I have been a Maine State licensed massage therapist since 2004. I began my Thai bodywork training through Iron Bird Bodywork based in Maine and did continuing studies through The Naga Center based in Portland, Oregon. In the fall of 2019, I studied traditional Thai Lanna medicine practices in northern Thailand. I continue to dedicate myself to studying, honoring, and respecting Traditional Thai Medicine.

In addition to several ongoing Thai medical studies, I completed my Yoga Teacher Training through the Breathing Room in 2016 and have studied Restorative Yoga under Margo Rosingana. I am a member of the Yoga Alliance and the Thai Healing Alliance International.

Additional Certifications/CEU's include:

2015: Soft Tissue Melting: Deep Tissue Through Light Touch

2016: Releasing the Illiopsoas

2016: Neural-Fascial Rebalancing: Utilizing Neural & Fascial Mechanoreceptors to Increase Parasympathetic Outflow & Relieve Pain

2023: CranialSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute

2024: Ongoing CracialSacral Therapy/Integrative Manual Therapy private study through PT clinician

2023: Kerala Ayurveda Academy, Ayurvedic Health Coaching 300+ hours

All of my work, education and practice would not be possible without the help of my teachers. It is with deep respect and gratitude for them that I am able to offer treatment today. Thank you for taking the time and I look forward to working with you. Please always feel free to reach out if you have any questions, mainehealingarts@gmail.com
